7. EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES DAILY

6. TRY A TOPICAL TREATMENT

You can do this in two ways – You can fill up your bathtub with warm water, adding 2 cups of Epsom salt, and submerge your entire body for at least 15 minutes or you can alternatively soak a particular joint (for example, your hands) by filling a large bowl with warm water and 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and submerging only your sore joint.
